About us
PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Boston Portuguese Festival is to promote the image of Portugal and the visibility of the Portuguese community and its ancestry in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to promote the education of the community regarding Portugal and the Portuguese community and its ancestry, and to engage in activities that for charitable purposes consistent with its mission.
MISSION:
To provide awareness of the Portuguese community its culture, ancestry in the greater Boston area while promoting Portugal.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION STATUS:
The Boston Portuguese Festival Inc. is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization under the IRS Code and incorporated under the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and will be acknowledged. IRS Tax ID# 35-2655523
