The Botelho Vieira Quartet
Coming from a family of 7 musician siblings, with their roots both in the classical repertoire and in folk music, the members of this youthful Azorean quartet have already accumulated a significant experience both at domestic and international level.
The quartet brings to Boston an engaging program, ranging from Brahms, Dvořák and Prokofiev to the Azorean folk tradition.
The Botelho Vieira Quartet are Diana Margarida (piano), Rodolfo (violin, viola da terra),
Ana Maria (cello) and Marta Sofia (violin).
